Poltical-Party and Trust Registration

Political trusts and political parties have to be legally registered in order to operate according to Indian law.

Required Documents:

• Bylaws or the Constitution of a trust or political party
• List of trustees/founders
• PAN along with Aadhaar of members who are key
• The address proof of the office

Information:

• Legal guidance for drafting the trust deed or the party constitution
• Registration at the Election Commission of India or Registrar of Trusts
• Support for compliance with donations and fundraising
